Cambridge Audio's SLA25 amplified speakers offer a stunning combination of convenience, performance and style.
Whereas traditional speakers are driven by an amplifier to which your TV, iPod and hi-fi components are connected, the SLA25 features a powerful integrated amplifier which removes the need for another space-hungry box in your system.
With a wealth of connections, you can concurrently hook-up your TV, iPod dock and other entertainment sources directly to the amplified SLA25 and enjoy rich audio performance from all your devices. And perhaps best of all, a USB audio input means you can directly connect your desktop computer or laptop to the SLA25. This neat feature bypasses the soundcard in your computer and instead, the SLA25 takes care of the critical digital to analogue conversion process giving incredible audio benefits!
With a true 15 watts of power per channel and a 4" mid/bass driver mated to an audiophile specification tweeter, the SLA25 will fill the largest of living spaces but is equally suited to any room in the home. A front-mounted volume control offers intricate adjustment and for optimised bass performance, the SLA25 incorporate rear ports to deliver incredible punch and attack.

Connectivity for all your favourite source equipment
While the front mounted volume knob supplies
all the control you need, there are a multitude of connections on the rear providing real flexibility in how you enjoy your music

Please note that although you can connect several devices at the same time, you cannot select between them. Whichever device you wish to use is switched on while the other connected devices (if any) should be turned off.

USB port
The dedicated USB port enables connection from a computer or laptop which bypasses the computer's internal sound card and uses the improved processing capabilities of the SLA25 to deliver an even better sound. So you can enjoy all the stored content on your computer, plus streamed content from service such Spotify or the thousands internet radio stations, in great quality and even turn it up if required.

RCA input
The rca connection allows you to quickly connect a hi-fi unit such as a CD player, Blu-ray or network streaming device without the need for an amplifier, making your music even easier to enjoy.

3.5mm input
The 3.5mm input means you can listen to any device with a headphone/line output such as an iPod or other MP3 player using a 3.5mm to 3.5mm jack lead. Plus you can use a 3.5mm to rca lead to connect a second device with rca output such as a TV or tuner.
Subwoofer pre-out

The subwoofer pre-out allows connection of a subwoofer to add even extra punch to your audio.
