Help: Communicating with sellers
Spend time communicating with the seller before and after a sale to make sure you're happy with what you buy and to receive the item as quickly as possible.
Don’t forget to check the feedback from buyers who have previously purchased from the seller.

Always ask politely and respond quickly. This encourages the seller to work with you to negotiate the sale, resolve any misunderstandings that may occur and to complete the sale as soon as possible

For items listed via a:

Contact the seller after the sale
The seller’s contact details will be sent to you via email when you’re the winning bidder of the Auction or if you’ve bought an item through a Buy Now ad.
