So you’ve sold your item. Awesome! Now there’s not much left to do other than make sure any transfers and documentation are in order, organise to receive payment and have the item either collected or delivered.

It’s important that remove your ad from the site, so that other buyers don’t think it’s still available and call you.

Step 1 - log in

First things first, you need to sign in to see your ads.

Step 2 - choose the item you've sold

You might only have one on the site, but if you’ve got a few, you’ll need to choose the one you’ve sold. You can do this by:

• Clicking "Live ads" in the left hand navigation.

Step 3 – Remove the ad

Next to your ad, you’ll see a link to remove ad. Click this link. A box will appear to ask you to confirm that you want the ad removed. Click submit, and your ad will be removed immediately.
