All members should make themselves aware of these policies and the Terms of Use prior to using Trading Post® to buy or sell.
Feedback & Ratings Policies

Member Communication Policy
Review our guidelines for the submission of questions, responses, comments or any form of communications via Trading Post services.
Fees & Surcharges Policy

Intellectual Property Policy
Review your responsibilities as a seller to ensure that your ads do not infringe a third party’s intellectual property rights. Find out how to report infringements if you suspect that an infringement has occurred.
Dispute Policy
Members must comply with buying and selling requirements and responsibilities when trading with Trading Post Online. Read the terms of our Dispute Policy in order to understand your responsibilities in resolving disputes with members when they arise.
Warnings and Suspensions Policy
The Trading Post® may issue warnings or take action to limit or suspend your account if you are in breach of our rules, guidelines or policies.
Online Fraud Policy
Trading Post® has a zero tolerance for any person undertaking dishonest or fraudulent activity on Trading Post Online. Refer to our guidelines in our Online Fraud Policy.
Privacy Policy
The terms on which we collect, use and disclose your personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy.
