TraderPro™ Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Trading Post TraderPro™ application on the Trading Post website (Website) which is operated by Telstra Corporation Limited (ABN 33 051 775 556) (us or we).

You are deemed to accept these terms when you apply for TraderPro™ access. Therefore, it is important that you read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms you must immediately stop using TraderPro™.

We may change these terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such changes. Therefore, it is important that you check these terms each time you use the Website.

1. TraderPro™ is operated by Telstra ("us" or "we"). Your access to and use of TraderPro™ is subject to the Trading Post® Online Terms of Use found here. If you do not agree to all of these terms, then you should not use TraderPro™.
2. Before your ads appear on the TP site, TraderPro™ will display an estimate of the fees you are liable for in relation to any ads you place through TraderPro™.
3. You are responsible for paying all fees and taxes (including GST) associated with placing ads through TraderPro™. Unless otherwise agreed by us:
1. we will issue you with an invoice each month for any fees and charges incurred for ads submitted by you through TraderPro™ that have been placed on the TP site during the monthly "Billing Period";
2. you authorise us to automatically debit your nominated credit card for the amount owing immediately after the due date set out on the invoice (“Due Date”) ; and
3. if we are unable to debit your credit card in accordance with paragraph (b) for any reason, we may
1. forward your account details to a debt collection agency for recovery;
2. suspend any of your ads from appearing on the TP site; and/or
3. suspend your Trading Post® account.
4. We can process against any of the following credit cards to pay any fees owing:
1. MasterCard
2. Visa
3. AMEX or
4. Diners Club

External BLT Terms of Use

1. Third party listing tools (such as MultiLoader and ChannelAdvisor) are operated by third party providers. You may be subject to terms of use imposed by the third party provider in relation to your use of their tool. We recommend that you check this with the relevant provider. In addition, your placement of any ads through a third party listing tool at Trading Post® is subject to the Trading Post® Buying and Selling Terms and the Trading Post® Site Terms of Use found here.  If you do not agree to all of these terms, then you should not use the third party listing tool.
2. You are responsible for paying all fees and taxes (including GST) associated with placing ads through a third party listing tool. Unless otherwise agreed by us:
1. we will issue you with a monthly invoice for ads submitted by you through a third party listing tool that have been placed on the TP site;
