What is TraderPro™?
TraderPro™ is an all-in-one online listing and sales management tool designed to make your life easier and help manage your sales on Trading Post®.
TraderPro™ is FREE to subscribe to and use and:
- Enables you to uploads ads in bulk quantities to Trading Post®
- Provides simple import of CSV files (even from eBay™ Turbo Lister)
- Helps you manage your inventory and sales activities online
You can list Buy Now, Auctions and Classified ads withTraderPro™.
Remember: At this stage, TraderPro™ isn't yet available to sell items like cars, boats and motorbikes. |
What can you do with TraderPro™?
- Upload bulk listings easily
Using a simple ad placement form you can easily list from a few to thousands of items on Trading Post. You can create ad templates to list similar items over and over again. You can even import a CSV file of listings in one simple step. (It's even simple and easy to import CVS files from eBay™ Turbo Lister to TraderPro™.) - Image Management
TraderPro™ includes an image manager that allows you to host images from another website, or upload images to folders you've created within the tool. You can then attach images to your inventory items for listing to Trading Post. - Inventory Management
With TraderPro™, you can set stock levels and schedule items to automatically list to Trading Post®, as well as track the status of your sold and not sold listings and view your current inventory levels at a glance. - Order Management
TraderPro™ enables you to manage buyer payments and tax invoices. You can easily print delivery labels and invoices to send to buyers. - Reports
TraderPro™ has a range of reports you can use to review your ad and sales activity. With these reports, you can keep account of your revenue and costs through Profit & Loss reporting, track fees paid to Trading Post® and see your listing activity month by month. - Email Management
TraderPro™ enables you to manage your emails by providing email templates to send to customers as part of the after-sales process. You're able to customise these templates, give and receive feedback and send bulk emails, all from the tool.

How do I subscribe for TraderPro™?
To subscribe to TraderPro™, you must be a registered member with Trading Post®. Registering is easy and you can register for both Trading Post® and TraderPro™ in the one session.
Already a member? Then you subscribe to TraderPro
Not a Trading post member?
- After you have registered with Trading Post®, go to Ad Tools® and sign in.
- Click on the box under the Selling area that advertises TraderPro™.
- On the TraderPro™ information page, click on Subscribe today!
- If you did not supply a valid credit card when registering with Trading Post®, you will be asked to provide one here.
- Tick the 2 boxes agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, and click on Subscribe.
- You'll be taken to the Confirmation page that will verify we've received your application, and that your approval is pending.
- Once we've approved your application, we'll send you an email,
- Then all you have to do is select Launch TraderPro in Ad Tools & you're set to go!
To unsubscribe from TraderPro™, go to Ad Tools and under My Details you can click Unsubscribe to Trader Pro to cancel your subscription.
