Managing your ads
Managing your ad is just as important as placing it and can mean the difference between making a sale and missing out on one.
Where to manage your ads
Once you’ve created an ad or started a draft, you manage it through your Ad Tools.
Once you sign in to Ad Tools, you can:
- complete a draft ad
If you’ve started creating your ad and then saved it as a draft, you can complete the ad before you submit it. - renew an online Classified ad
You can extend the period in which your classified ad appears if you haven’t sold your item yet. And it's free! - edit an ad
Want to make a change to your ad? Or maybe your ad doesn’t seem to be attracting enough buyers – think about adding new pictures, changing the description or lowering the price. - relist an ad
If you didn’t have much luck selling your item the first time round, you can make some improvements to your ad and try selling it again. - sell similar
Congratulations! So you sold your item and now you want to sell another using the same ad. Use sell similar to make a few changes then submit the ad for the new item - remove an ad
If you need to end your ad earlier because your item is no longer for sale or because you'd like to change the category or selling method, you can easily cancel your ad. - attach a video
If you’ve a video that showcases your item, attach it to your ad to improve your chances of attracting a genuine buyer.
