What are ad packages?

Packages apply to all Classified, Buy Now & Auction ads
Each package consists of a group of features <4.2.4.1> bundled together
You can choose one ad package per ad

The more features your package has the more your ad stands out!

There are 2 packages you can choose from:

Note: The Get Noticed package is available for Classified ads only.

Think about what you’re selling, how much it’s worth and what you think buyers’ will want to know about your item.

Standard packages

Straightforward items
A no-fuss package for easy-to-sell objects like household items & business appliances.

More pictures offer more detail
Use up to 9 pictures online to show features to spark buyers’ interest. For detailed or obscure items show the finer points of your item to gain buyers’ interest rather than trying to describe them with words.

Gain interest
An online thumbnail picture attracts attention and gives buyers a preliminary look at your item while searching or browsing.

Get Noticed! packages

Highlighting large and expensive items
Great for large and expensive items (eg vehicles, boats and furniture) where buyers are likely to want a good look before making a big purchase or taking the time to enquire further.

Draw attention – buyers are more likely to see your ad first!
The priority positioning ensures that your ad displays toward the top of a buyer’s search results and the yellow highlighted background stands out against other ads when a buyer is browsing online.

Feature your ad as a "Hot Deal"
With Get Noticed packages, your item is given maximum visibility by having a duplicate of your ad shown in rotation with other such ads in the same category on multiple search pages – including the Home Page!

Can I change the features of my Classified ad package?
No. The features for your ad package are locked in so be sure to choose your package carefully.
Can I add extra pictures to my package?
The maximum number of pictures available in each package is set. Once you’ve submitted your ad you can change or add extra pictures (up to the max number) in your online ad. See editing ads for more details.
