To keep your Trading Post profile safe, we recommend that you never give out your password to anyone, including your partner, kids, best friend, nana, the kind little old lady next door...

Trading Post will never ask for your password. If you’re being asked for your Trading Post password, do not respond! It’s not us!

We will also never send you an email asking you to:

  • sign in to your account by clicking on a link within an email.

If you receive an email asking you to do any of these things it’s probably a phishing email.

  1. Do not respond with your password or any other personal or financial information.
  2. Report it to us by phoning or emailing a copy of the email and any other relevant information to our Trading Post Online team.
