Raising a dispute
We have an entire policy about disputes between members. We encourage you to read the whole lot, especially if you have found yourself in a dispute with another member.
In short, we expect members to make a reasonable effort to contact each other to negotiate a solution themselves. If members cannot agree to a solution, they can raise a dispute. We will then jump in and try to help. Our job is to remain neutral and help the members involved reach an outcome that is suitable to both of them.
