My username profile
When you sign up with Trading Post Online you create your own member profile. Attached to your profile are all of your personal details and trading activities.
You can access your member profile anytime by signing in to Ad Tools and viewing your details under My Profile.
Details related to your profile
Changing personal details
Make sure you keep your personal details up to date so that buyers and sellers can easily communicate with you and the Trading Post® can contact you quickly to let you know when you’ve sold or bought items.
Username and password
If you forget your username or password you can easily retrieve your username or create a new password online.
Setting your preferences
Change your preferences to specify the contact details you want emailed to your buyers, email notifications you wish to receive and change your payment and delivery preferences for items you’re selling.
Viewing your feedback and ratings
Your feedback and ratings allow you to build a trading reputation on Trading Post Online. Each time you buy or sell, you will receive feedback and a rating from the other trader, based on their experience dealing with you.
Listing activity and fees
View a summary of all of your listing activity within My Profile. Your listing activity outlines the ads you’ve placed online, your items that have sold and any fees you’ve been charged.
Banned buyers
Manage who you wish to sell to on Trading Post Online buy adding or removing individual members from your banned buyers list.
