Help: Suspended account
Suspension of your account on tradingpost.com.au may be temporary or indefinite.
Circumstances under which your account may be suspended include, but are not limited to:
- breaching any of Trading Post’s Terms of Use or advertising rules and policies
- earning a feedback rating of - 3 (minus three). Strikes apply if you do not honour your purchase (unless you and the seller mutually agree otherwise)
- if we believe there is a real risk of loss or damage to us or another trader, or the law requires us to do so
- if we believe that providing you with access to trade on tradingpost.com.au is illegal or may become illegal
- if we are unable to debit your registered credit card with any fees owed to us
- invalid contact or personal information detailed in your account
- a request from you to close your account.

How are my trading activities affected?
When your account is suspended, you cannot purchase items online, place bids or submit any new ads.
If you have a partial suspension you may sign in to Ad Tools® to manage your account.
