I can’t find my ad on tradingpost.com - where is it?
Once you’ve published your ad, it can take up to 30 minutes to display on tradingpost.com. If you are searching for your ad and having trouble finding it:
- Try browsing through the categories to find it, or search for it again in about half an hour. It takes a little while for our search engine to index new ads
- Check that you've published the ad. All ads have a ‘live ad count’. If there is a number in this count it is live on the site and can be confirmed by checking the ad is listed under the Live Ads menu option
If you’re still having trouble finding your ad, you can call your Account Manager or Customer Service on 1800 810 514.
What is a template?
When you create an ad on tradingpost.com you have the option of saving the ad as a Template. Templates let you save basic details about an item so you can use the info to create a new ad and then just change the relevant bits. They are a great way to save time when you want to create individual ads for similar items (eg the same item in different sizes or colours).

What types of files can I use for my photos?
