The main frame is designed and manufactured from high quality "A" grade steel. All fabrication is to carried out under strict supervision to Australian welding standards. The floor is constructed using 3mm tread plate checker plate steel. The tie down points located at suitable intervals down both sides.
The trailer are designed and built to withstand normal operations on highways, secondary roads and construction sites, transporting equipment and plant within the legal loading limits and at speed limits allowed on all state and territory roads of Australia.

Common Q and A, About our Trailers.
• Q. Where are these trailers made?
A . All our Plant trailers are manufactured locally here in Brisbane by a small but experienced team of welders to that have been manufacturing trailers for the past 15 years.
# Please note we do not sell cheap inferior trailers imported from China, been there and got caught with bad quality steel and welding and had to send them all back to the local importer as trailers were not fit for scrap.
• Q. What are our trailers made from?
A . Our Trailers are manufactured from top grade Australian BHP steel. Trailers are under coated and painted in a hammer tone grey finish. Custom colors can be supplied at a minimal cost. Our standard color in grey as it holds up to the elements of the sun, our clients also tend to prefer the grey as it hides road grime well.
• Q. Why are our trailers so cheap compared to others on the market?
A . Because we sell so many of the same model trailer it simplifies the manufacturing process. Why cut one piece of steel to make 1 x trailer when you can cut 100 pieces of each to minimize labor and handing costs. We don't want to give our competitors a heads up, but we do sell a lot of these trailers on a weekly basis thus passing the savings onto our customers.
• Q. Does the trailer come registered in my name ?
A . NO. All trailers are supplied factory new. Trailers can be registered in all states of Australia. We supply the purchaser with all documentation / measurements weights etc to allow the purchase to register directly into their business name. All department of transport offices around Australia have our VIN numbers in their systems as a national register. It is more difficult to transfer trailer registration than to register a new trailer.
• Q. Does the trailer come with a new wheels?
A. Yes all our trailers are supplied with new tyre's and new heavy duty rims as we take pride in the quality of product we sell. I purchased a box trailer from a local manufacture a few years ago and remember how disappointed I was when trailer arrived with bald second hand tyre's to be told what did I expect. For a few extra dollars we like to get it right the 1st time.
• Q. Are you able to freight the trailer to me?
A. Yes we do freight trailers Australia wide via TNT or Main Freight transport network. These costs are passed on at our cost to save you time and money. We are proud to say that there is not to many places we have not shipped to.
• Q. Can I put through an order for a custom built trailer?
A. Yes, you can order a customer built trailer, many clients do as they require different mountings for attachments and ramp sizes. Delivery time is usually 14 days from the time of confirmation of deposit. Depending on how many modifications there is there may need to be a small cost passed on.
• Q. If I wish to purchase a trailer how long do I have to wait for delivery?
A. As a volume seller we believe that you should not have to wait to purchase, at all times we do our upmost to have 2 of each model trailer sitting in our sales yard ready to ship. Depending on sales volume we sometimes do sell out of stock, the guys in manufacturing are only human and do their upmost to keep up with sales. Always confirm with us as to updated delivery times and availability of stock.
