DESCRIPTION

This fully furnished, self-contained and well-equipped two bedroom cabin in great condition is situated in the fantasticBeacon Resort, one of Victoria's premier parks, between the villages of Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale on the Bellarine Peninsula.

Beautiful Lonsdale Bay is a 10-15 minute walk. The villages are 5 minutes by car and walkable, too. The magnificent back beach at Point Lonsdale is 5 minutes' drive.

The cabin sleeps four. It includes two double beds, a lounge, two lounge chairs, dining table and chairs, new fridge, microwave, new television and DVD plus a couple of coffee tables.

It also has cutlery, crockery, cookware, a toaster, kettle and radio. I bought the cabin 18 months ago fully-furnished and have no desire to take anything other than personal items.

The kitchen has a gas stove. The bathroom includes a shower and vanity.

The cabin is situated in the western end of the park, away from the busier area and surrounded by other cabins which are all owner-occupied.I am selling because I have not used it quite enough to justify.

The sale needs to be ratified by the Park management. The park is exceptionally well-managed and is part of the Big Four group, and includes a children's play area, tennis court, jumping pillow and swimming pool.
