DESCRIPTION

New 1200mm Attach2 Heavy Duty Excavator Quarry / Mining Rock Bucket suit 30-65 Ton machine. This is an extremely thick & sturdy, well built bucket designed for hard work digging rock in a quarry environment etc. It has a deep profile for a high capacity. Extra wear plates added to the front cutting edge, side heels & cheeks and plenty underneath for added durability (see pic# 9). The front styles, wear strips, side cheeks plating, heel shrouds, removable wing shrouds and the entire bucket wrap is made from HB400 wear alloy, increasing the rigidity, durability and longevity of the bucket. The pin ear plates and side edges are 50mm thick! Fitted with removable and readily available, Heavy Duty Esco Teeth. The width is tapered to the rear to minimise wear on the sides when digging rock, also helps mud slide out easily if you do any wet ground work with it. Double-Radius Curve means it's able to cut into the ground at the same angle as the crowd action, making it easier to fill and stop the bucket striking the ground at the rear. Pin Center to Pin Center: 598mm. Between the inside Ear Bosses: 471mm (which can be shaved back up to 509mm between the Ear Plates if you need more inside width for your hitch or dipper arm to fit in). NOTE!
