DESCRIPTION

This stunning long legged road bike is a top of the range Ridley Helium. This Belgium machine is feather light and a true climber! It comes with a full Shimano Dura Ace 7900 10speed groupset and top of the range Fulcrum Racing Zero wheelset (2014, 11speed compatible!) with ceramic bearings and carbon hubs! The seat is a FizikÕs saddle and the bars are 3T carbon with a 3T stem and FSA carbon headset. Also included are 2 carbon Zipp bottle cages. This bike is in awesome condition with the frame being basically spotless and presents close to new.

The frame size is 58cm and as pictured the top of the saddle is 78cm from the centre of the cranks. Can be moved 1 cm each way by removing or adding spacers (included) so the range is 77 to 79cm. Suitable for riders of 182 to 192cm or 6ft to 6ft4.

Ridley is Belgium brand and was founded only 17 years ago (1997), however within just a few years they became the best sold brand in Belgium, the only country in the world where cycling is the number one sport (yes even bigger than soccerÉ They say Belgium television will start broadcasting as soon as more than 3 riders come together anywhere in Belgium ;)). Nowadays UCI Pro Tour team, Lotto Belisol ride Ridley bikes, and will ride them in the coming Tour the France (Lotto Belisol already rode them in the Tour of 2013). The bikes they are riding in the tour are actual stock bikes allowing Ridley to test these models under rigorous circumstances and making them directly available to the public!

The Helium is Ridley lightest frame and account for victories in the biggest races in the world including the Tour the France and the Giro the Italia! Despite being one of the lightest production bikes the Helium is know for its toughness being used in the cobble stone classic Paris Roubaix and have a look for Johny Hoogerlands crash in the 9th stage of the Tour the France of 2011. He got right back on his Helium and finished on that same bike! This frame is constructed of High Modulus 30 Ton carbon with and integrated seat post and Ridley front fork.

This awesome frame is built up with ShimanoÕs top end Dura Ace 7900 10speed groupset with a 53/39 race crank and 12/28 climbing cassette to pull you over the hills. The groupset is in perfect working condition.

The Fulcrum Racing ZeroÕs on this bike are simply some of the very best low profile alloy rims available being superlight very stable and with ceramic bearings the will roll as smooth as the very best out there! These wheels come with thick bladed spokes in red color and they retail at 1500 dollars alone!

This is just a very classy super light European bike in fantastic condition. A rare find that will make someone very happy!
