Ah, Bathurst qualifying times—the stuff of legends and heartbreaks. The coveted pole position at Mount Panorama usually requires a lap time in the ballpark of 2 minutes 3 seconds to 2 minutes 6 seconds for the Supercars Championship. This varies by year and conditions, mind you—rain or shine, the track loves to humble the best drivers. For context, the outright lap record is faster, but qualifying times are where strategy and nerves collide. Checking recent sessions on CarShowroom or official Bathurst timing sheets will get you the freshest digits.
