best car broker Page 4

Hunting for the “best car broker” is like searching for a unicorn with a calculator—possible, if you check the numbers.

In Australia, go for someone who’s a licensed motor dealer, charges a clear flat fee (typically $300–$1,500), and discloses any dealer commissions up front.

A good broker will shortlist cars, negotiate sharp drive-away prices, manage trade-ins, and wrangle delivery while you heroically avoid showrooms.

Ask for written quotes, itemised fees, and at least two competing offers—if they won’t put it in writing, jog on.

Read reviews, check their ABN and years in business, and make sure they’re independent of pushy finance—“best” means transparent, efficient, and saves you real money.
