best car finance deals Page 5

Looking for the best car finance deals in Australia? Brace yourself for a rollercoaster of interest rates, loan terms, and sneaky fees. Generally, new car loans hover around 5-8% APR with terms up to 7 years. Used car finance rates can be a bit steeper, often creeping to 8-12%. Banks, credit unions, and dealership financing all have their quirks—banks usually offer lower rates but less flexibility, whereas dealers might throw in freebies but stack the costs elsewhere.

For the absolute best deals, keep an eye on promotions from banks like ANZ or NAB and explore options on CarShowroom and Tradingpost. Always read the fine print, because "low monthly payments" might mean you're paying through the nose over time. Remember, your credit rating is the real gatekeeper here.
