best car stereo

Ah, the "best car stereo"—a quest as subjective as choosing your favourite meat pie filling. If you want booming bass, look for units boasting high wattage output and subwoofer compatibility. Brands like Pioneer, Kenwood, and Sony often lead the pack with features like Bluetooth connectivity, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. Prices range from a modest $150 for a decent aftermarket unit to over $1,000 for premium models that make your dashboard look like a spaceship cockpit. Used stereos can be found on Tradingpost or CarShowroom for a fraction of the price, but beware of dodgy wiring and missing parts. Remember, the best stereo depends on your ears, your wallet, and how much you enjoy annoying your passengers.
