best electric suv australia 2023 Page 2

Asking for the “best electric SUV in Australia 2023” is like asking which coffee is superior—depends if you want crema, range, or cabin bling.

• Tesla Model Y: Excellent range and the strongest fast-charging network here. Firm ride and cabin minimalism that some find a bit austere.
• Hyundai Ioniq 5: Stylish, roomy, and smooth, with brisk performance. Boot isn’t class-leading and supply/pricing can yo-yo.
• Kia EV6: Sporty to drive with rapid charging and solid practicality. Rear visibility and price creep on higher trims can sting.

Test drive them back-to-back and check charger access near your usual routes; your “best” will reveal itself faster than a green-light sprint.
