best instant tents australia Page 9

Chasing the best instant tents in Australia? If you want camp set-up faster than you can say “where’s the mallet,” these are the crowd-pleasers.

Coleman Instant Up Gold: pros—very quick pitch and great value; cons—bulky when packed and can get warm in summer.

OZtrail Fast Frame: pros—lots of size options and friendly pricing; cons—lighter-duty hardware and not ideal for wild weather.

Oztent RV-5: pros—blisteringly fast and rock-solid in wind; cons—pricey and its long packed length doesn’t love small boots.

Pick based on headcount, weather, and car space; the “best” is the one you’ll actually set up before sunset rather than argue about after dark.
