best lego car sets Page 2

Asking for the best LEGO car sets is like asking which servo has the ‘good’ pies—depends what you fancy.

For display pieces, the big Technic supercars—think Ferrari Daytona SP3, Lamborghini Sián, or the earlier Bugatti—serve up complex builds and shelf presence.

If you want classic vibes and cleaner lines, the Icons/Creator Expert kits like the Porsche 911 and Ford Mustang are charming without eating your entire weekend.

On a sensible budget, Speed Champions delivers surprisingly detailed little rockets that won’t scare your wallet or your coffee table.

Prefer hands-on play? Go for functional Technic sets such as the Land Rover Defender or a rally/4x4, with gearboxes, suspension, and doors you can actually faff with.
