best sedan 2023 Page 7

“Best sedan 2023” in Australia depends on what you value—comfort, thrift, or the ability to embarrass hot hatches at the lights.

Toyota Camry Hybrid: Pros—spacious, sips 4–5L/100km, bulletproof reputation; Cons—dynamics are sensible‑shoes and the cabin’s more practical than plush.

Tesla Model 3: Pros—quick, tech‑heavy, cheap to run; Cons—firm ride, variable panel fit, and you’ll want home charging for sanity.

Mazda 3 Sedan: Pros—classy cabin and sweet handling; Cons—rear space is tight and pricing crept up.

BMW 3 Series: Pros—benchmark dynamics and strong engines; Cons—options cost Monopoly money and run‑flat ride can be terse.

Test them, crunch running costs in AUD, and pick the one that suits your commute, not your neighbour’s opinion.
