best toyota hiace model

Asking for the “best Toyota HiAce” is like asking which Swiss Army knife blade tastes nicest—it depends what you’re cutting. For tradies threading city streets, the LWB Van is the sweet spot: easier to park yet still swallows pallets and shelving. If you worship cargo volume, the SLWB turns into a rolling storage unit, trading tight turns for cavernous space—fit-out heaven. Need to cart people and gear? The Crew Van balances five seats with a proper load bay without the mini-bus faff. Doing shuttle duty all week? The Commuter is the people-moving workhorse, prioritising comfort and a 5-star ANCAP safety rating. Pick the 2.8-litre diesel with auto for torque, economy and resale; manuals are fine, but your left leg will file a complaint.
