The menu holders have a guarantee stating they are silver plated (pure silver 1000%), Im assuming thatÍs a typing error and they are 100% silver plated. They have been warehoused for some time and a couple of them have a small amount of oxidization which needs to be removed. The instructions provide details on how to clean them.
