The Brice Vegetable Cutter is designed for ease of use, quick cleaning, safe operation and neat portioning and is intended for use in cutting vegetables and fruit, such as pumpkin, marrow, water melon, rock melon, etc.

Features:

The base is manufactured from tough, durable high density polyurethane.
The bow, fittings and supports are constructed from bright chrome-plated steel.
The precision-ground stainless steel blade is replaceable and the entire bow structure is easily removed for cleaning.
The cutter is fitted to a strong, stable galvanised base table.
