can you drive a v8 on your ls vic Page 6

Oh, the age-old question of unleashing a V8 beast on your Learner's Permit in Victoria. The short answer? No, you can't just hop into a V8 and hit the road on your Ls. Victoria's L-plate restrictions are strict: you're limited to vehicles with an engine capacity of 250 kilowatts or less and must adhere to other conditions like speed limits and passenger restrictions.

Most V8s easily exceed this power limit, so unless you find a glorified V8 lawnmower, better stick to safer, less fiery rides while on your Ls. For more details, the VicRoads website is your friend, and you might want to browse Tradingpost or CarShowroom for L-plate-friendly vehicles.
