Yes—you can have passengers on L plates in Queensland, so long as you’ve got a supervising driver with an open licence in the front passenger seat.
There’s no special cap on passenger numbers beyond common sense and seatbelts for every backside (proper child restraints for kids, naturally).
You must display L plates, keep your own BAC at 0.00, and your supervisor must be under 0.05.
