car gps reviews Page 8

Looking for the best car GPS? Well, buckle up! The market is flooded with options, from TomTom to Garmin to budget brands you’ve never heard of. Pros of top-tier GPS units usually include accurate maps, real-time traffic updates, and user-friendly interfaces. On the downside, some models suffer from slow updates, clunky UI, or poor battery life. If you’re not keen on shelling out hundreds, you might find decent second-hand units on Tradingpost or CarShowroom, but beware of outdated maps. For a no-nonsense, reliable experience, Garmin often gets the nod, while TomTom impresses with its traffic features. Remember, nothing beats checking recent user reviews on PuppyList or ServiceCentral to spot hidden quirks before you buy.
