Include buyer and seller full names, addresses and licence numbers, plus the car’s VIN, rego, make/model/year and odometer.

State the sale price in AUD, any deposit, payment method, date/time of handover, and any conditions—like “sold as is” or promised extras.

Add signatures for both parties, a receipt line, and space for notes about keys, manuals and service history.

Optionally note roadworthy/inspection and a PPSR check; rules vary by state, so keep it honest and keep the paperwork.
