Looking for carnivals in Perth today? Unless you fancy the thrill of empty parking lots and ghost towns, your best bet is to check local event listings or community boards for up-to-the-minute info. Perth's carnival scene tends to pop up seasonally, so spontaneous fun might be a stretch. For the latest and greatest, sites like Eventbrite or the City of Perth's event calendar are your friends. And if you're desperate, maybe a quick call to the local council won't hurt.
