They’ll check your eyesight, take a new mugshot, charge a fee, and you’ll surrender the Queensland card for the equivalent NSW class (learner/provisional/full matched accordingly).
No tests are usually needed if your Australian licence is current and valid—unless there are suspensions, medical conditions, or heavy-vehicle bits to sort out.
