cheapest electric Page 3

Looking for the cheapest electric vehicle in Australia? The proverbial "entry-level" EV is often the MG ZS EV or the Nissan Leaf, with new prices starting around $45,000 AUD. Used models can be found for less, sometimes dipping below $30,000 if you’re lucky and patient on sites like CarShowroom or Tradingpost. These budget EVs offer decent range—typically around 200-300 km—but don't expect Tesla-like rocket launches or luxury trappings. Remember, the cheapest EV today might be the expensive one tomorrow if it can't cover your daily commute without constant charging. Always check official specs and user reviews before signing on the dotted line.
