Short answer: you can’t check a roadworthy on one national site, because Australia does it state by state and each plays by its own rulebook. NSW eSafety inspections are lodged electronically, Victoria issues Roadworthy Certificates via licensed testers, and QLD runs Safety Certificates—none provide a public, searchable database of certificate details. What you can do is run your state’s rego check to confirm registration/inspection status and ask the seller for the certificate number and the tester’s licence so you can verify it with the issuer. If it smells dodgy, walk away—there’s always another car and far fewer headaches.
