configurations for mg hs Page 2

In Australia, the MG HS comes as a 5-seat medium SUV with petrol options and a plug‑in hybrid (HS Plus EV), arranged in entry, mid and top trims (often badged Vibe, Excite, Essence).

Most cars are front‑wheel drive with an automatic transmission, while features scale from cloth to leather‑appointed seats, bigger screens, and the full active safety smorgasbord.

The plug‑in hybrid adds an electric motor for short EV commuting and brisker shove, while keeping family-friendly space and boot size intact.

Exact engines, outputs and gadgets vary by model year and spec pack, so check the brochure fine print before you start measuring the garage.

Key bits: 5 seats, FWD (most variants), petrol or PHEV, auto, active safety suite (AEB, lane assist, etc.). Consult official documentation for exact figures.
