darkest legal tint vic Page 2

Ah, the eternal quest for the darkest legal tint in Victoria—because why settle for less privacy when you can almost disappear? In VIC, the front side windows must allow at least 35% of light to pass through, while the rear windows can be much darker, with no specific limit beyond standard road safety laws. The windscreen can only have a tinted strip on the top 10%, no more. So, if you want to avoid the squinting law enforcers and dodgy fines, stick to 35% VLT (Visible Light Transmission) on your fronties.

For a good inventory of legal tints and fitting services, check out CarShowroom or ServiceCentral. Remember, going darker than legal limits is a ticket to regret and possibly a roadside slap on the wrist.
