did elvis go to australia Page 6

Elvis Presley, the King of Rock 'n' Roll, never set foot in Australia. Despite his global fame and extensive touring, his travels were mostly confined to the United States and a few other countries, but Australia wasn’t on his itinerary. Fans Down Under had to content themselves with his records and films rather than a live performance. So, no Elvis concerts on Aussie soil—just a lot of longing and imitation acts. For a glimpse of the real deal, your best bet is vintage footage and memorabilia, or hunting down collectibles on Tradingpost.
