do i need a roadworthy certificate for a caravan Page 8

Yes, mate, you do need a roadworthy certificate for a caravan if you're planning to sell it or transfer ownership in most Australian states. It’s basically a safety check to prove the caravan isn’t a death trap on wheels. If you're just towing it around for fun and it’s registered, you’re generally fine without one. But if you’re selling or changing registration, that shiny certificate from an authorised inspection station is your golden ticket. Remember, regulations can vary slightly by state, so always double-check with your local transport department or ServiceCentral.
