driving knowledge test tasmania Page 537

Doing the driving knowledge test in Tasmania? It’s a computer-based multiple-choice quiz on local road rules, signs and safe driving, sat at a Service Tasmania shop.

Bring valid ID and proof of address, expect a quick eyesight check, and pay the fee before you take the test.

Practice with the official sample questions beforehand; it’s not hard, but winging it ends about as well as using a roundabout like a racetrack.

Pass it and you can get your L plates the same day; if you don’t, you can re-sit after you’ve brushed up.
