Like the Xs 300, this amplifier was developed through constant and thorough innovation. After years of SIT device experimentation, followed by deployment in Nelson's First Watt designs, circuit modification captured the unique tube-like sonic footprint of SITs from much higher-output MOSFET devices used in the Xs series.

Separate Dual Chassis - Two separate chassis, one for each channel, to minimise electromagnetic noise interference.
Class A Operation - This amplifier operates in Class A, ensuring a high-quality audio experience with minimal distortion and a natural sound.
Power Supply - Featuring enhanced storage capacitance, banks of redundantly parallel high-speed and soft recovery rectifiers, and improved high-frequency noise filters for stable power delivery.
Noise Reduction - Pass Lab engineers have worked hard to reduce noise levels, including improved passive decoupling and lower power standby.
Input Impedance - The Xs150 features a high input impedance of 200 k-ohm balanced with negligible capacitance.
