The Kia EV9 is a big, boxy electric family bus with delusions of grandeur—and the hardware to back them up.

Australia gets RWD (~160 kW) and AWD (~283 kW) variants, typically paired to a ~99.8 kWh battery.

Expect WLTP range up to ~500–563 km depending on wheels and trim, plus 800V DC fast charging up to ~210 kW for about 10–80% in ~25 minutes on a strong charger.

Seating for 6 or 7, a calm cabin, and gadgetry galore—just don’t expect it to shrink in the shopping centre car park.

Consult official documentation for exact figures.
