ev rebate wa Page 4

The EV rebate in Western Australia is a government incentive designed to make electric vehicles a bit less of a wallet-buster. As of now, eligible buyers can snag a rebate of up to AU$3,000 when purchasing a new electric vehicle priced under a certain threshold, usually around AU$68,750. This rebate aims to boost EV adoption and reduce carbon emissions in WA's notoriously car-dependent landscape. Keep in mind, the scheme often comes with specific eligibility criteria like vehicle type and buyer status, so check the latest from WA’s Department of Transport or ServiceCentral for the nitty-gritty. Used EVs and hybrids typically don't qualify, which is a bummer for the budget-conscious. For the latest used EV prices, sites like Tradingpost and CarShowroom are your mates.
