There’s no confirmed Australian release date for the Ford F-150 Lightning. Ford sells the petrol F-150 here via a local remanufacture program, but the electric Lightning hasn’t been announced for right-hand drive. A few grey imports may appear, yet compliance, charging hardware, and service support make it more “science project” than sensible daily ute—at least for now. If Ford gives the green light, expect a long runway and big-ticket pricing; until then, keep an eye on official announcements and enjoy the EcoBoost version.
