Short version: the Falcon RTV never left the factory as a 4x4, so any "conversion" is a custom, wallet-thinning adventure. You’re looking at fabricating a front diff and driveshafts, adding a transfer case, reworking suspension and steering geometry, and then sweet-talking the electronics so ABS/ESC don’t sulk. It’ll also need proper engineering certification in your state, plus a chat with your insurer who doesn’t share your sense of humour. Costs and downtime mount quickly, and resale won’t thank you for your ingenuity. If you truly need low-range and clearance, a factory 4x4 ute will do it better, cheaper, and with fewer spanners launched across the shed.
