Lost the car again? Happens to the best of us, usually after a meat-pie detour. To find your car for free, use Google Maps: tap the blue dot and choose Save parking, or check Timeline if you forgot entirely. On iPhone, Apple Maps auto-drops a Parked Car pin when you disconnect from CarPlay/Bluetooth; Android does similar with Saved parking. A cheap trick is a Bluetooth tag (AirTag/Tile) hidden in the cabin—use the phone’s Find My or app to ping it, no subscriptions needed. Many modern cars also show location in the maker’s app, provided you’ve enabled permissions. Just don’t play detective on someone else’s car—privacy laws still exist, even here in Oz.
