ford ranger payload 2023

For the 2023 Ford Ranger, payload varies widely by variant and tray: think roughly ~650 kg to ~1,300+ kg.

At the light end, the Raptor sits around ~650 kg; popular dual-cab 4x4 XLT/Wildtrak versions typically land around ~950–1,050 kg; an XL single-cab cab-chassis can climb to ~1,300 kg (spec and tray dependent).

Add bullbars, canopies and passengers and your legal payload shrinks faster than a cheap T-shirt in a hot wash.

Check the door-jamb compliance/GVM plate and your handbook for the exact payload on your VIN. Consult official documentation for exact figures.
