ford ranger specs 2023 Page 2

The 2023 Ford Ranger serves three main engines: a 2.0L single‑turbo diesel (125 kW/405 Nm), a 2.0L bi‑turbo diesel (154 kW/500 Nm), and a 3.0L V6 turbo‑diesel (184 kW/600 Nm), paired to 6‑speed or 10‑speed autos.

Braked towing is up to 3,500 kg, with payload typically ~900–1,300 kg depending on cab and trim.

Claimed combined fuel use for the diesels sits around 7–9 L/100 km, and off‑road numbers include roughly 235 mm ground clearance and 800 mm wading.

Cabin tech brings big screens (up to 12-inch portrait), wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and a tray that finally fits a Euro pallet—progress, at last.

It rides and steers better than the tradie stereotype, yet still hauls gear like a Bunnings weekend gone horribly right.
