ford ranger v6 diesel fuel economy

The Ford Ranger V6 diesel typically offers fuel economy figures around 7.5 to 8.5 litres per 100 km under mixed driving conditions, which is decent for a midsize ute with some grunt. Expect city driving to push consumption closer to 9-10 L/100 km, while highway cruising can stretch it to a more frugal 6-7 L/100 km. These numbers can vary based on load, terrain, and driving style. New models start around $60,000 AUD, with used Rangers available on Tradingpost for significantly less. Always consult official Ford specs or real-world reviews to nail down expectations.
